2021 Football Programs

2021 will see the implementation of a number of important strategic and structural changes at Pine Hills in the form of our Core and Plus Programs for 2021 to 2024. These changes are aimed at strengthening opportunities for player development across all age levels, enhancing the clubs offering in terms of not just on field activities but adding off field aspects which will ultimately increase football performance. 

Our Core Program for Under 6 to Under 18 members features quality coaching, additional developmental opportunities, carnivals/tours, monthly off field education sessions, and an enhanced Girls Program.


Supplemental to our Core Program is our Plus Program for Under 9 to Under 18 players.  With one key distinction, the Plus Program replaces and builds on what was previously known as “Academy”.  All players selected to play in a First Team are automatically linked to the Plus Program.  The key distinction in 2021 is that any Core members, who are not selected in a First Team, are also able to access academy level coaching via the Plus Program. This includes, next step coaching, ongoing player assessment and enhancement, high performance education and future pathways support.

The opportunity to register for the Plus program is provided for each player during the registration process.

Our Girls Excel Program is also being launched in 2021 and further builds upon Pine Hills FC’s commitment to female football development programs for children aged 3 up to senior women – Again, we would encourage you to read - see details here. 

2021 Fees

Overall 2021 fees can be viewed here with greater distinction between Core and Plus fees here. As always registration fees at Pine Hills FC are inclusive of all playing costs. There are no additional match fees. Fees also include a new training shirt for members from Under 6 to Under 20 (please request preferred shirt size during registration).


§  Volunteer Levy - please note that the Volunteer Levy has been removed from our fee structure in 2021. This will be replaced by bar/canteen vouchers and other awards consistent with assistance given.


§  Sibling Discount - Discounts of $75 per player are available for all families enrolling more than one player in a single transaction.


§  Fair Play Vouchers - Please indicate on the Registration Form if you intend to use a voucher. Round 4 of this scheme opens on 20 January 2021 and more details are available here.


§  Payment Plans - The Club offers a very affordable (interest-free) payment plan option for your registration fees. This option provides flexibility to pay over an extended period and minimizes the strain of an initial lump sum. Further details are outlined below. 

2021 Registrations

In person registration will take place at the Club from 9am to 1pm on both Sunday February 7th and the following Saturday February 13th.  More information regarding these two sessions will follow closer to the date.


Online registrations does not require you to attend at the club, is now available by pressing the Register Now button at bottom of this page.


Registration Process:

Whether completed on Rego Day or Online, registration is a two-step process:

  1. Register with Pine Hills FC using Register Now button and pay the required fee or apply for a payment plan.
  2. Register with the FFA and select PHFC as your club of choice for 2021 using the Play Football website. There is a link to the Play Football site at the end of your club registration.


Please note –

  • Over 35s/45s are not required to register in Play Football but must register with the club itself using Register Now button. Having registered and paid with the club, Over 35s/45s are then required to register with their League via the Footsy App
  • When registering in Play Football you will be required to upload a passport style photo, standing front on head and shoulders, less than 5MB and taken within the last 12 months.


When registering through Majestri, registrations can be processed for one or more family members in the one transaction. Once registrations are complete you will receive an invoice


The amount due can be paid:

  • In full (at the time of registration)
  • In full (via direct debit to the designated Club bank account – post registration)
  • Via an approved Payment Plan (to be requested at the time of registration). Please note that a minimum deposit of 20% of the total registration fee must be paid at the time of registration and fees are required to be remitted in full by 30 June 2021.
