PHFC is committed to providing strong development pathways, quality coaching and a positive team environment across all senior women’s competitions. With dedicated coaches and team managers supporting every squad, players are given the opportunity to grow both on and off the pitch.

Whether your goal is to return to the game, stay active and social, or progress through the Football Queensland pathway into higher-level competition, PHFC offers a supportive environment where female footballers can thrive.

From experienced players seeking a new challenge, to those returning after time away, or players new to football — there is a place for you at PHFC.

Club Growth & Success

Over the past five years, PHFC has experienced strong and sustained growth in women’s football, reflecting our commitment to the development of the female game in line with Football Queensland’s strategic objectives.

·       Women’s participation has increased from 51 players in 2021 to 94 in 2025, representing an 84% increase

·       The number of senior women’s teams has doubled from 3 to 6

·       2025 saw the introduction of our first Masters Women’s team, with the O30 Division 2 side proudly claiming the championship in their inaugural season

Combined with the continued expansion of our junior girls’ program, this growth has positioned PHFC as one of the leading clubs for female participation in the region, currently ranked 5th in South East Queensland — an achievement we are immensely proud of.

Looking Ahead to 2026

In 2026, Pine Hills FC will field senior women’s teams in the following competitions:

  • FQPLW3
  • Metro 2 North
  • Metro 3 North
  • Metro 5 North

With teams across multiple divisions, PHFC offers clear pathways for players to develop, compete and enjoy football at a level that suits their ambitions.

Join PHFC in 2026

Trials for the FQPLW program were conducted in late 2025, with the squad largely finalised. As a result, only a limited number of positions may be available within the FQPLW team for the 2026 season.

Trials for Metro & Masters Women’s teams will be commencing shortly, with opportunities available across multiple divisions to suit a range of experience levels and playing goals.

New players, returning players, and those seeking a strong community environment with clear development pathways, are encouraged to register their interest. Trial details will be communicated via the PHFC website and official social media channels shortly.

Whether you are aiming to compete within the Football Queensland pathway or enjoy football in a supportive and well-structured club environment, PHFC offers opportunities for women to play, develop and belong.
