The Pine Hills FC Metro Women's contingent is a large group of social, yet competitive players who currently play across three divisions.Ranging in age from teens to 50s, and with experience ranging from complete beginners to ex-NPL, the group follows the ethos of giving 100% effort, providing 100% support & having 100% fun.
The Metro teams are headed by our Metro Womens co-ordinator, Samantha Mawdsley, and are supported by the Female Football management team who have an established pathway for female footballers from Under 6s all the way through to U23s, FQPL and Metro. Each team also has a dedicated coach & manager team.
The players are a large social group, sharing training sessions, social occasions and watching each other's games. The Metro Women are an integral part of our Pine Hills FC family, as they serve as support for our FQPL U23s,
and demonstrate the determination and long-term love of football that we encourage in our younger footballers.
